Greenworks GD40ST - Battery-powered Snowplough - 40V 4Ah

The Greenworks GD40ST 40V snow blower is a single-stage snow removal machine that collects snow in one movement and throws it off the discharge chute with a 180 degree adjustment.

This is a smaller machine that is effective for snow removal, with an impressive 50.8 cm compartment, perfect for narrow paths.

The Greenworks GD40ST battery-powered electric snow blower is a tool that is easy to transport thanks to its very low weight and usable in all conditions.

Extremely silent.

The 40V, 4-ampere lithium-ion battery guarantees an autonomy of approximately 30 minutes (varying depending on conditions).

The opening compartment is 510mm wide and 300mm high, which makes it one of the larger snow blower compartment.

It is essential for removing snow from driveways, floors, garage ramps, gardens, courtyards and pavements, without the inconvenience of power supply cables.

On the machine body there is the housing of the 4 Ah battery.

Simply lift the cover to insert or remove the battery to recharge it.

The 40V lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any time (just like the batteries of modern mobile phones, no memory effect) so they are always ready to use. It lasts an average of 30 times more than a normal battery. The battery is equipped with a convenient charging indicator and an activation button to prevent unwanted turning on of the machine.

• The electric motor is more reliable than a petrol engine. It does not have a spark plug, filters, oil dipstick, carburetors, any component that may cause problems.

The working width is 51 cm and allows for good coverage and efficiency.

The auger has a diameter of 17cm and is built with high-strength plastic material.

The snow processing system is single-stage. This means that the snow collected by the auger is pushed by it towards the compartment that leads directly to the discharge chute.

The discharge chute is necessary to direct the snow flow generated by the snow blower.

The discharge chute adjustment is manual, carried out through a rear crank placed under the handlebar.

The inclination is adjustable by hand as well. This allows you to vary the snow expulsion distance from 1 to 6 meters.

The snow blower is equipped with a long-lasting brushless electric motor.

The machine features 17 cm wheels.

It is equipped with high-brightness LEDs, so the area to be cleaned is well illuminated.

Unlike nickel-cadmium batteries, which power gradually decreases, lithium-ion batteries’ cells maintain constant power throughout the entire cycle. The same charge for the entire cycle without reducing the motor speed. The battery is running at full
power until its complete exhaustion.

LONG CHARGE DURATION: Lithium-ion batteries hold their power for a longer time than the nickel-cadmium ones, with a number of charges 3–4 times greater
and longer storage times with lower battery’s loss. Lithium-ion batteries are rechargeable up to 2000 times!

LIGHTWEIGHT: Lithium-ion batteries have the best power-weight rate. They weight 1/3 of the nickel-cadmium ones.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: Lithium-ion battery-powered tools are recyclable and are produced without heavy metals.

NO MEMORY EFFECT: Lithium-ion batteries can be recharged at any time without negative memory effect. Indeed, they don't fail to provide maximum power even after hundreds of charge cycles.
