The grate can be removed with extreme ease for cleaning operations, thanks to the guides that also act as protection for the grate itself.

Focus on the rotor with steel paddles which carries out the destemming process (by pressing the grapes on the grate).

The frame features two guides to which the grate is fixed and on which it slides when it is removed.

Above this is a removable grate cover made of enamelled steel, which is usually detached for cleaning and maintenance operations, and which closes the grate at the top so that all the bunches of grapes fed through the loading hopper remain well grouped inside the crusher, and are then pushed towards the grate by the rotating rotor with paddles to be perfectly processed.
