GRIFO DVEP30 Electric Grape Destemmer

The GRIFO DVEP30 (2.5 Hp) destemmer is a high-quality model with a food-safe enamelled frame and stainless steel grid. Even the pump, which is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel, guarantees maximum hygiene during use.

This machine is designed to be extremely practical, both in use and for cleaning, thanks to its hinged opening and easily removable grid. Its robust design makes it strong and durable, with no risk of rust, exceeding the performance of enamelled steel models for food use.

Upper Hopper and Drive Auger

Compared to most similar products on the market, this destemmer features a special hopper designed for a more comfortable use, and is in fact more compact compared to standard hoppers.

The two features combined greatly facilitate the process of tipping bunches into the hopper, whether using crates that are tipped into it or other methods.

2.5 HP Electric Motor and Chain Drive

Powerful 2.5 HP electric induction motor, which allows all the various mechanisms to be operated with a greater power range than the actual power absorbed by the destemmer in all its functions.

Equipped with a red emergency STOP button, complying with CE safety regulations.

The side chain drive conveys the rotary motion from the motor to:

- the upper auger
- the intermediate rotor
- the lower drive auger leading to the pump
- the pump

Protective side casing made of hard plastic.

Two-piece Frame and Stainless Steel Sieve

Unlike the vast majority of destemmers on the market, this model is equipped with a two-piece frame that can be opened instantly using the special locking bolt.

Advantages:
- can be readily inspected during use (to intervene in case of any clogging, to remove any foreign objects that may have accidentally entered the machine, etc.)
- greater hygiene standards, allowing thorough cleaning and washing of the machine before and after destemming.

The sieve can be easily removed from the machine for cleaning, thanks to the guides that also act as protection for the sieve itself.

Food Grade Stainless Steel Pump

Top quality, large-sized pump made in STAINLESS STEEL. This machine is intended for processing all the grapes and the pomace.
