The Snapper ZTX 350 Zero Turn Radius Technology (ZTR) allows the machine to move with extreme agility. The manoeuvrability drastically reduces the driving manoeuvres around obstacles and guarantees an exceptional lawn mowing, even in the most hard-to-reach areas. This reduces the manual trimming operations ensuring the highest productivity in the shortest time.

The two-lever steering system allows a precise control of the machine while quickly changing its position. Its cutting efficiency, together with the easy-to-use front pivoting wheels, allows you to easily turn the machine without the risk of damaging the lawn or creating furrows.

The riding-on mower is provided with a sturdy FAB cutting deck, designed for high and thick grass. It is equipped with 3 blades, ensuring a 132 cm cutting width, and it is operated by electromagnetic mechanism.

It is provided with a powerful 17 Hp Briggs&Stratton 4-stroke engine and independent hydrostatic transmission on the rear-drive wheels.

The Snapper ZTX 350 riding-on mower is a Zero Turn Radius machinery (ZRT). This system uses two independent hydrostatic transmissions on the rear drive wheels allowing them to rotate with a zero turning radius.

The front wheels, on the other hand, are 360 degrees pivoting wheels.

This steering system, consisting of rear drive wheels and front pivoting wheels, makes the ZTX 350 riding-on mower an extremely manoeuvrable machine.

This riding-on mower is renowned for the ease of use and great comfort for the Operator as it can easily work around trees, flowerbeds, bushes, small-sized lawns and narrow spaces.
However, its efficiency is fully expressed to mow large lawns in the shortest possible time.

The Snapper ZTX 350 riding-on mower is powered by a heavy-duty original Briggs&Stratton twin-cylinder engine belonging to the new Intek 8270 V-Twin twin-cylinder series. Compared to the 7 series, this engine features a higher cubic capacity, more Hp and, above all, it has been specifically designed to ensure long durability over time.

DRIVING CONTROLS:

The user-friendly control levers make this riding-on mower very easy to drive. This machine is equipped with a two-lever selector which allows setting all the functions of the machine depending on the levers position:

• Straight ahead forward
• Right side forward
• Left side forward
• Reverse speed
• Right curve reverse speed
• Left curve reverse speed
• Parking brake (opened levers outside)
• Neutral speed

It is necessary to proceed with the adjustments only once started the engine.

The forward speed and all the other modes can be adjusted by means of the throttle regulator on the dashboard. This mode ensures a high versatility of use, allowing you to adjust the speed depending on the features of the lawn (e.g. trees or other obstacles on the lawn)

1- SIDE DISCHARGE: this is the most traditional cutting system which allows cutting the grass without collecting it into the grass collector. For those who have to mow large-sized areas without needing to collect grass, for who doesn’t cut grass too often and has to cut over-grown grass for which the mulching or the grass collection system are no longer efficient.

2- MULCHING(optional): this grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing any effort and shortening the time-saving). Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, to ensure the greatest mulching results, the lawn should be irrigated and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

Simply mount the blades and the deflector in the proper housings to operate with this cutting system.

Sturdy FBA 3-blade cutting deck: it is a sturdy, high profile cutting deck thought to mow high and thick grass. 132 cm real cutting width.

Adjustable cutting height by means of a special rack and pinion and intuitive selection mode through a pin from 38 mm to 110 mm.

The cutting deck is equipped with a pair of anti-scalp wheels.

It is equipped with washing joint.

The mowing blades of the riding-on mower can be set through the controls on the dashboard (yellow button): then the machine is equipped with an electromagnetic cutting blades ignition.

The electromagnetic clutch allows a gradual engagement of the blades without any tearing.

You’ll only have to:

- Check engine oil and top up if necessary
- Add fuel for first start
- Check Operator’s seat and that there are bolts and on/off switch
- Check control levers and that there are of bolts
- Check that there are all the instructions manuals
- Connect the battery and start the engine (run for a few minutes for stable operation)
- Check engine speed calibration
- Blade engagement
- Check the safety devices and parking brake
- Disconnect the battery and grounding
- Check blades and belt tension
- Look for eventual missing parts/loose bolts.
