The Karcher BR 30/4 C scrubber dryer is a compact and light machine, suitable for public and private places. It can cover up from 20 to 200 m².

The fresh and waste water tank can be easily removed to make the filling and the emptying extremely easy.
It perfectly cleans and dries up to 3 mm deep grout lines (over 3 mm it perfectly cleans, but the bottom of the grout line could remain damp).
It succeeds in reaching up to 200 m² cleaning surface. It is equipped with high speed roller brush that eases the forward motion.
For an intensive cleaning, the suction can be switched off via the foot pedal.
The washer-dryer is able to vacuum in both forward and reverse directions to be more effective in cleaning.
WARNING: it is a scrubber dryer, not a sweeper, and it doesn't work as a sweeper. It is not suitable to suction debris, residuals, waste when necessary. Floor has to be swept before and all waste they could get entangled in the brush has to be removed.
