Manual ratchet fruit press for aubergines, grapes and citrus fruit.

This squeezing press is made of food-grade die-cast polished steel. It features a perforated basket and a filter. The parts that are in contact with food are made in stainless steel.

Ideal for pressing small amounts of citrus fruit or grape.

It is also ideal for the preparation of aubergines preserved in oil.
