Linea VZ Mentone BBQ is the ideal product for outdoor grilling enthusiasts, as it provides the flexibility to use either charcoal as fuel. This cooking device is designed to ensure high quality despite its small size.

The entire barbecue structure is made of refractory concrete, giving the product extraordinary resistance to adverse weather conditions, high temperatures and wear and tear over time. Every component, including the hood, cooking zone and base, is made from this high-quality material.

The barbecue includes a large cooking surface that provides space to cook your food. In addition, it is equipped with a practical front shelf and a side shelf, allowing you to have everything you need always at hand during your barbecues.

The included chrome grill has a size of 45x33 cm and is also adjustable in different levels, allowing you to choose the most suitable cooking method for each food, giving you maximum flexibility and control.

At the bottom of the barbecue there are also two additional shelves that allow you to place wood or charcoal for burning, or to store food, drinks and condiments within easy reach.

N.B.

It is highly recommended to protect the hood and frame with a coat of water-repellent exterior paint/liquid. Any commercially available exterior paint or, if possible, a protective quartz paint can be used.

The barbecue is shipped disassembled and requires adhesive mortar/glue for assembly. All these products can be purchased as accessories.

Specifically for this model, it is necessary to purchase:

1 bottle of protective liquid;
1 package of water-repellent quartz paint
1/2 packets of fix/mortar line glue for assembly

Cooking area and other features

The cooking area allows cooking food for several diners, about 6-8 people, and is one of the strengths of this barbecue.

The worktop with a large front shelf is a practical and spacious element, providing a safe, comfortable and functional cooking area.

An additional advantage of this barbecue is the side shelf, which further extends the space available to the user. Placed on the side of the structure, this shelf provides convenient support for food to be cooked, drinks or dishes to be served during the preparation and serving process.

The chrome-plated steel grill included in the set is highly functional, providing the possibility to adjust the height to 3 different cooking positions. This feature is perfect when it comes to prepare different types of food and allows you to customise the cooking methods according to your preferences.
