With Ampiamotor pasta maker you can save time and effort thanks to its electric motor. Marcato is a Made in Italy brand that guarantees a machine featuring excellent build quality and durability.
The materials used are among the best on the market, in fact the machine body is entirely made of chromed steel while the rollers are made of aluminium (food-grade)
With Ampiamotor you can make 3 different types of pasta thanks to its 3 rollers:
- Pasta roller (with which you can make the pasta sheets)
- Roller for cutting the pasta into Fettuccine (thanks to this roller you can make excellent 6.5 mm Fettuccine)
- Roller for cutting the pasta into Tagliolini (thanks to this roller you can make excellent 1.5 mm Tagliolini)
The machine can make a sheet with a maximum width of 150 mm and it also features 9 different levels of thickness to make your favourite pasta.
Ampiamotor features a dual operation, which can be electric or manual:
- For electrical operation, plug in and turn on the ON/OFF switch
- For manual operation, insert the crank handle supplied into the side hole
In addition to the switch to operate the electric motor, Ampiamotor features an advanced function, the Pulse mode, that will deliver maximum power to the motor for faster operations.
