The Ma.Ri.Na Systems MA 46 SH 4-in-1 self-propelled petrol lawn mower is designed for the most demanding customers who need and extremely reliable and high-performing machine.

Indeed, the lawn mower is fitted with a housing entirely made of enamelled steel, frontly reinforced with an iron bull-bar.

The machine is powered by the 166 cc Honda GCVX 170 engine.

The Ma.Ri.Na. Systems MA 46 SH 4-in-1 is a powerful, reliable and versatile lawn mower equipped with a a large 70 L grass collector.

This lawn mower is equipped with a 46 cm cutting width and can be also adjusted by means a centralised lever in 5 different positions, from 25 mm to 80 mm.

Galvanised metal high-wheel system. The wheels features double sealed bearings, which are moist resistant and allow a professional cut even on not perfectly levelled lawns. They are mounted on ball bearings for ensuring to the lawn mower the maximum ease of movement.

The Honda GCVX 170 engine guarantees high performance and it is suitable for works where high reliability and durability is required, thanks to its large displacement of 166 cc.

Centralised cutting height adjustment system by means a lever placed near the rear wheel.

It allows adjusting the cutting height easily and quickly, from 25 mm to 80 mm.

Rear-wheel drive (Self-propelled).

Equipped with a sturdy belt drive with gearbox for both front and rear wheels.

It allows the Operator to mow the grass effortlessly, optimising the machine traction and forward efficiency.

Four 200-280 mm large galvanised metal wheels featuring double sealed bearings, which are moist resistant and allow a professional cut even on not perfectly levelled lawns. They are mounted on ball bearings for ensuring to the lawn mower the maximum ease of movement.

The high-wheel system make them highly long-lasting and guarantees an incredible manoeuvrability.

The lawn mower can be operated by means the black lever on the handlebar.

Most lawn mowers equipped with several cutting systems, such as grass collection and mulching, are fitted with a multifunction blade that performs reasonably well but is unable to achieve optimum cutting results in either mowing system.

This lawn mower is equipped with 2 heavy-duty blades specific for the following cutting systems:

• 1 heavy-duty blade
• 1 blade specific for mulching

This ensures always the highest cutting results whatever cutting system used.

• The lawn mower will come with a heavy-duty finned blade that allows collecting a high amount of grass clippings into the grass collector and ensures the best results also for the side discharge cutting system. Thanks to this blade it will be possible to cut even a little wet, high or thick grass.
• The specific mulching blade supplied ensures highest performance for this type of cutting system, at the same level of the lawn mowers specifically designed for the mulching cutting system.

Focus on the 46 cm steel blade: Heavy-duty "finned" blade equipped with special extended wings at both ends that creates a much more powerful air flow than standard blades. This increases the grass collection, mulching and other cutting systems results.

GRASS COLLECTION SYSTEM:

The lawn mower is equipped with a 70 L canvas grass collector, very easy to remove and empty.

The lower part is made of rigid plastic, which gives strength and sturdiness, avoiding the canvas to tear if in contact with the lawn.

Convenient handle placed on the upper part of the grass collector to make it easy to remove and empty when full.

REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

This system allows mowing grass without using the grass collector, discharging the grass clippings directly from the back of the lawn mower.

Simply remove the grass collector and the rear discharge will automatically operate.

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:

This system allows cutting grass without catching it inside the collector, and crushing the clippings into a fine powder before dropping them on the lawn.

The specific mulching blade supplied ensures highest performance for this type of cutting system, at the same level of the lawn mowers specifically designed for the mulching cutting system.

How to convert the lawn mower for the mulching cutting system:

• Open the grass collector
• Enter the mulching plug supplied
• Lower the rear deflector to operate the mulching cutting system.

MAIN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:
This grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing any effort and shortening the time-saving). Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, to ensure the greatest mulching results, the lawn should be irrigated and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

SIDE DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

This system allows mowing grass without collecting the clippings inside the grass collector (it is also possible to collect grass a bit higher than normal, due to the high disposal capacity of the side discharge deflector).

Leaving the mulching plug entered, in order not to occlude the rear discharge of the grass, simply lift the black cover on the housing side and enter the side deflector supplied with a simple gesture.
