The Ma.Ri.Na. Systems MX 55SK 3V FJ180 professional self-propelled petrol lawn mower was designed for very demanding users that require an efficient and reliable machine.

The high-thickness steel deck is reinforced by an iron bullbar (in the front):

The machine features a Kawasaki FJ180V 179 cc engine.

The Ma.Ri.Na. Systems MX 55SK 3V FJ180 lawn mower is powerful, reliable and versatile and it is equipped with a 70 L grass collection bag.

Cutting width: 50.8 cm. The cutting height is adjustable: there are 5 cutting height options that can be set thanks to a centralised lever. Cutting height options: from 25 mm to 80 mm.

The centralised cutting height adjustment system allows setting the mowing height by means of a lever placed near one of the two rear wheels.

Rear-wheel drive (self propulsion)

Fitted with a sturdy drive belt and gear reduction unit for rear wheels.

Large zinc-plated metal wheels with 200-280 mm diameters, featuring double watertight bearings. These special wheels are also suitable for uneven surfaces. The wheels are mounted on ball bearings, so handling this lawn mower is extremely easy.

Focus on the 50.8 cm steel blade: the heavy-duty lift-wing blade creates a much more powerful air flow compared to classic blades, thus improving grass collection effectiveness, mulching efficiency and other mowing systems performances.

GRASS COLLECTION MOWING

This lawn mower is equipped with a large 70 litre hard cloth grass catcher, which is very easy to remove and empty.

The bottom of the grass collector is made of sturdy and resistant plastic and it prevents the cloth bag from getting ripped while touching the ground.

The handle on the top part of the grass collection bag makes it easy to remove and empty the bag when full.

REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

This system allows mowing grass without the collection bag or grass catcher, and discharging the grass clippings from the back of the lawn mower.

The rear discharge system engages automatically when removing the grass catcher.

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:

This system allows cutting grass without catching it inside the collector, and crushing the clippings into a fine powder before dropping them on the lawn.

This lawn mower comes with a standard-supplied special mulching blade for the best mulching results possible (the same performances as specific mulching lawn mowers).

Switching to the mulching system:

• open the grass collector
• insert the standard-supplied mulching plug
• lower the rear deflector to engage mulching system

WHAT IS MULCHING ?

This grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. You won't have to worry about disposing of the grass clippings thanks to this time-saving and effortless cutting system. Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, if you're looking for great mulching results, don't forget the lawn has to be irrigated and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

SIDE DISCHARGE MOWING SYSTEM:

This system allows mowing grass without collecting the clippings inside the grass catcher. This option makes it possible to mow tall grass as well, thanks to the large grass discharging capacity of the side deflector.

Leave the mulching plug inside to prevent rear discharge from engaging and lift the black cover on the side to insert the standard-supplied side deflector.
