Oliviero Flex olive harvester is based on a new concept that allows achieving great performance with any type of olive.

It is equipped with 6 prongs (35 cm each) made of AX01 (a special patented material composed of epoxy resin, glass fibre and basalt.

Moreover, the motor is supplied with an energy saving system that makes your olive harvester one of the few on market suitable to work for the full working day with a 45Ah battery.

This model is very easy to use and weighs only 2.2 kg as it is equipped with a 180 cm extension pole made of aluminium.

The overall length of the olive harvester is about 240 cm.

Harvesting head and prongs movement

Oliviero Flex is equipped with 6 prongs made of AX01 a new patented material which is incredibly elastic and flexible. Most olive harvesters on market equipped with carbon or plastic prongs. The 35 cm prongs get depth into the branches.

Prongs movement: as they are very flexible, they bent and point inwards and outwards in respect to the harvesting head. They move exactly as a whip. There are 2 blocks with 3 prongs each (6 prongs in total) that move symmetrically. This mechanism not only allows your olive harvester to get depth into the branches, allowing great performances, but also reduces vibrations improving the balance and the ergonomics.

The harvesting head is tilted to 18 degrees in respect to the extension pole in order to reduce fatigue while harvesting.

New prongs of 2019: more resistant and flexible.

Thank to the new technology, this machines increases the output and reduces damages to the plant, with 60 cm maximum and 10 cm minimum opening.

Energy saving motor

As this product is powered by a motor with energy saving system, it can work for a full working day even if it is powered by a 45 Ah battery.

As the average absorption of the motor is 4 Ah (Ampere/hour), the olive harvester will work for many hours without interruptions with a 45/50 Ah battery (a 50 Ah battery is provided on standard kit) compared to most olive harvesters on market for which is necessary using more powerful batteries to power them.
