The Oliviero Flex PCF Premium Cordless is a professional olive harvester designed for great performance and high reliability. With a solid and lightweight design, this harvester is ideal for operators who need an efficient and user-friendly tool for extended work sessions. Thanks to the fixed carbon pole, the Oliviero Flex PCF combines strength and lightness, with an overall weight of only 2.0 kg, reducing operator fatigue.

The harvester operates with a horizontal motion, which is effective in minimising plant damage and optimising harvesting. This motion, combined with the power and precision of the tool, makes it easy to reach even the highest branches, thanks to the 245 cm fixed pole. The lithium battery, included in the Energy Kit, is easy to dock, ensuring long runtime and fast charging. This feature is essential for those working on large areas, ensuring continuous harvesting without interruptions for changing or recharging the battery.

Oliviero Flex PCF is fitted with 6 AX01 harvesting prongs on the head, a new patented material of exceptional elasticity and flexibility, unlike other harvesters on the market, which are fitted with carbon or plastic prongs instead. Such prongs are an impressive 35 cm to allow them to reach deep into the plant.

Prong motion: given their unique flexibility, the prongs bend under the inward or outward motion of the harvester head, mimicking the action of a whip.

The six harvesting prongs move in groups of 3 in a symmetrical manner. This motion mechanics, on one hand, allows the harvester to reach into the most difficult plants, guaranteeing very effective harvesting, and, on the other hand, minimises vibrations by optimising the balance and ergonomics of the machine.

Thanks to the new prong technology, this machine increases productivity and reduces plant damage, with a maximum opening of 60 cm and a minimum opening of 10 cm.

The Oliviero Flex PCF is equipped with an efficient power supply, thanks to an integrated and interchangeable 21.6V battery. It comes with an Energy Kit that includes two batteries of 97Wh each, providing extended autonomy. The included charger has three independent charging ports, allowing simultaneous charging of several batteries and optimising set-up time.

The 21.6V lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any time (just like the batteries of mobile phones, no memory effect) so it is always ready to use. It lasts on average 3 times longer than a standard battery. The battery is equipped with a convenient charge indicator.

• Zero vibrations, again thanks to the electric engine. Whereas almost all internal combustion engines, which are not equipped with an anti-vibration system on steel springs, have a very high degree of vibration, making work very uncomfortable
• Zero fumes, zero impact on the environment and, above all, zero repercussions on the Operator’s health.
• Much quieter and therefore more pleasant to use than an internal combustion engine

Detail of the operating controls. It is possible to select between four different modes, which are customised according to the pruning techniques adopted and the variety of olives processed:

• Eco (E) mode: low battery consumption, suitable for young plants and olives that are easy to harvest;
• Standard (S) mode: Excellent performance-to-use ratio, suitable for standard collection;
• Performance (P) mode: Higher productivity, good for difficult-to-harvest olives;
• High (H) mode: Maximum productivity on every type of plant and olive.

Those who work continuously without ever switching off the machine (while others deal with nets and olives) with one battery can work for about 2.5 hours non-stop. Those who work in a traditional way, dealing partly with nets, extend the battery runtime by up to five hours.

Unlike nickel-cadmium batteries, which power gradually decreases, lithium-ion batteries, cells maintain constant power throughout the entire cycle. There is roughly the same charge for the entire cycle without reducing the motor speed. The battery operates at full
power until it runs down.

LONGER CHARGE DURATION: Lithium batteries boast 3-4 times more charges than conventional nickel-cadmium batteries, while having longer storage periods with less charge loss. Lithium batteries can be recharged up to 2000 times!

LIGHTWEIGHT: Lithium batteries offer the best power-to-weight ratio. On average, they weigh 1/3 of nickel-cadmium batteries.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: Lithium-ion battery-powered tools are recyclable and are produced without heavy metals.

NO MEMORY EFFECT: Lithium-ion batteries can be recharged at any time without a negative memory effect; they are able to offer maximum power even after hundreds of charge cycles.
