The Palazzetti Easy Large wood-fired oven with base works with direct heat. Ideal for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
The inside of the cooking chamber is made internally of refractory material to feature the same type of cooking as a traditional masonry oven.
It features a large direct refractory cooking chamber suitable for food with the following dimensions: 77x96 cm. In the upper part of the chamber there is a large concrete chimney directly connected to the cooking chamber that will expel the smoke in total safety.

The double-walled structure has an internal cavity where air is stored, isolating the chamber from the external coating.
Unlike all the other ovens on the market, one of its main features is the easy assembly, in fact no preparation will be necessary, you only have to assemble and seal the elements together and then coat them with a quartz paint for exteriors.
The front door is made of painted steel and is equipped with a convenient thermometer to always keep the cooking temperature under control, a peephole and anti-scald handle.
It is very convenient to use thanks to the many places where you can store all the useful accessories while cooking.
In fact, in the lower part there are several shelves where you can store various tools, ingredients, even wood.
