The Palazzetti Grado 2 wood-fired, charcoal-fired masonry barbecue is an ideal solution for those who want to combine the pleasure of grilling with that of baking.
The bases and hoods are made of refractory cementitious conglomerate, while the walls of the grill hearth and the worktop are made of Marmotech, a material highly resistant to heat and weathering.
The integrated furnace is made of refractory, with a cooking chamber measuring 51x52 cm, equipped with a stainless steel door equipped with a thermometer that ensures an airtight closure, essential to maintain a constant temperature.
The cooking grill, measuring 68x40 cm, is adjustable on four levels, allowing you to better manage the distance from the fire and therefore the cooking of the food.
This barbecue allows you to cook for 10-12 people at the same time.
The barbecue can be fuelled by both wood and charcoal.
Note The cement conglomerate elements require a 3-4 mm layer of water-repellent outdoor paint (not included), while it is recommended to protect the Marmotech parts with water-repellent transparent (not included in delivery).
