The Palazzetti Mauritius wood-fired barbecue mounts a 76x40 cm grid that offers enough space to cook food for 12-14 people at once.
The worktop is made of mass coloured Marmotech, while the firebox, the hood guard and the chimney are in refractory concrete.
Among the main features there are:
- Metal hood guard for protection from high temperatures in the chimney
- Refractory plates
- Protective insulating blanket for hearth plates
- Ash tray with fire grate
The worktop is very large and provides extra surface to place all that is necessary for cooking.
The 76x40 cm stainless steel cooking grid can be positioned on 3 different heights. The barbecue can be fed by both wood and charcoal.
