The Palazzetti New Zealand 2 Barbecue Oven is a combined model, consisting of the barbecue grid and a side outdoor oven.
This model from the design line has proved to be very sturdy and functional, also thanks to its numerous compartments for storing cooking utensils. The large worktop is made of polished Marmotech with a brick-effect hearth, while the structure is made of refractory concrete.
Among the main features there are:
- Refractory hearth plates
- Protective insulating blanket for hearth plates
- Stainless steel oven door
The cooking grill, with a size of 68x40 cm, is made of steel and can be adjusted to three different heights. This barbecue is capable of cooking for 10-12 people at the same time.
The oven is made entirely of refractory material with a 51x52 cm cooking chamber and comes complete with a stainless steel door with thermometer.
The barbecue can be fed by both wood and charcoal.
NOTE:
Glue for assembly and 10 kg quartz paint are included, while it is advisable to purchase the 250 ml protective liquid (not included).
