Palazzetti Pistoia Charcoal Barbecue in Concrete

The Palazzetti Pistoia Barbecue is equipped with a steel grill measuring 60x40 cm. The structure is made of refractory concrete mix, offering robustness and great stability. In addition, the worktop is made of Marmotech, a mixed material of marble grit and anthracite-dyed cement, which increases both its mechanical and thermal resistance.

Its cooking height is adjustable to three different levels to suit different needs. It has a very practical shelf underneath for storing accessories and everything else needed during food preparation. This barbecue model can be used with charcoal.

Note

The delivered light grey structure must be protected with a 3-4 mm layer of water-repellent exterior paint. Which can be purchased as accessories.

Specifically for this model, it is necessary to purchase:

  • 3 packs of glue for assembly;
  • 1 package of quartz paint;

Carefully follow what is stated in the instruction manual for all assembly operations. The accessories on the barbecue are for illustrative purposes only.

ATTENTION: The product i very heavy, please read the packaging specifications carefully before purchasing.

The barbecue is supplied cement-coloured, it is therefore necessary to coat it with the appropriate paint (please verify the scope of equipment).

Cooking area and other features

The cooking grid is adjustable to 3 heights, is very large and spacious, enough to cook food for about 9 people. The structure is made of refractory concrete, while the worktop and the sides of the furnace are made of dyed Marmotech.

An additional side shelf, at the cooking area level, offers extra storage surface to keep all necessary cooking tools within easy reach.

Grid size: 60x40 cm

Focus on the lower shelf for storage.

The barbecue can only be operated with charcoal.
