The Palazzetti Procida wood-fired barbecue fits a 68x40 cm grid that provides enough cooking surface to prepare food for 12 people at once. The cooking grid can be positioned to 4 levels depending on the needs. The structure of the barbecue is built in Marmotech and refractory concrete.
The large worktop and the cooking chamber side walls with brick finish are also made in Marmotech coloured in the mixture.
This outdoor barbecue features two useful surfaces for accessories storage: the large worktop and the shelf under the firebox.
The hearth plate is built in refractory.
The barbecue can be fed by both wood and charcoal.
Two glue tubes for assembly supplied.
NOTE:
The barbecue is shipped disassembled and requires adhesive mortar/glue for assembly (supplied for free).
The base must be protected with a water-repellent quartz paint for outdoor surfaces while worktop and roof must be treated a with transparent water-repellent protective liquid (not included).
