The Palazzetti Rimini wood-fired barbecue is perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Particularly suitable for cooking food for large groups of guests.
It mounts a 68x40 cm grid that offers enough space to cook food for 12 people at once.
The structure (base, hearth plate and worktop) are made in Marmotech (a outdoor cooking enthusiasts with high heat and mechanical resistance), while the hood is made of refractory concrete.
Below the cooking chamber there is a compartment useful to keep everything you need for cooking within easy reach.
The cooking grid can be adjusted to 4 different heights depending on the needs. The barbecue can be fed by both wood and charcoal.
NOTE:
We recommend protecting the hood and the base with a coat of water-repellent paint for outdoor use, approx. 3-4 mm.
The barbecue is shipped disassembled.
Specifically, for this model it is necessary to purchase:
- 2 packages of assembly glue;
- 1 package of protective liquid;
- 1 package of quartz paint;
