L522 INOX heavy-duty tomato press+meat grinder 0.75 HP

The L522 INOX 1 Hp heavy-duty tomato press + meat mincer is a professional appliance for processing tomatoes into a tomato sauce. This machine was designed to be operated on top of a table.

The tomato press comes with a meat mincer, which can be easily assembled and disassembled in place of the tomato squeezer.

The machine body, the ring nut and the protective machine body are made of food-grade die-cast polished aluminium. Other components, such as the screen (filter), hopper plate, chute and chute shield are made of stainless steel.

This tomato press is equipped with a 220V electric induction motor, with a water-resistant switch. The L522 INOX 0.75 Hp heavy-duty tomato press is certified in compliance with the 89/392 Machinery Directive and it is suitable for all particularly demanding professionals or hobbyists.

The heavy-duty L522 INOX tomato press features a 300 Kg/h hourly production.

Machine body and components

As its name suggests, all the main components of this L522 INOX tomato press + meat mincer are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Whereas, the machine body, the ring nut and the gearmotor protective housing are made in UNI 50 die-cast aluminium molding.

Motor and transmission

This machine is equipped with a single-phase 220 V asynchronous electric motor, which can deliver a maximum power of 0.75 Hp. The motor is mounted on a small metal frame with anti-vibration rubber pads.

The drive shaft is made of F37 steel and it is not directly connected to the worm screw. In fact, there is a transmission component between the two elements, which also performs the function of reducing the revolutions of the motor, thus optimising machine performances.

The gear motor is made of composite gears and is extremely sturdy and robust.

The motor features a water-resistant switch

All the machine components are Made in Italy.

WARNING: this product is made entirely with food-grade materials, however its internal components do not undergo cleaning before being marketed. We recommend processing two kilos of tomatoes and then disposing of them in order to obtain a perfect cleaning of the internal parts and the removal of any possible processing residue left inside (including small fragments of plastic, metal or tin).
