SM 22 INOX 1 Hp Heavy-duty tabletop meat grinder

The heavy-duty Palumbo Pavi SM 22 INOX meat grinder is equipped with a 1 Hp (600 W) motor and it has the ability to process any type of meat.

This model was designed to be operated on top of a table.
Size: 52x22x32 cm.
Weight: 20 Kg.
Hopper opening diameter: 75 mm.

This machine comes with a self-sharpening knife and grinder die plate. Both the knife and the grinder plate are made of AISI 430 stainless steel.

Featuring a single-phase asynchronous electric motor. Power supply: 230V. The SM 12 INOX 1 Hp professional meat mincer features a watertight switch and it is compliant with the Machinery Directive 89/392. Suitable for professionals and particularly demanding hobbyists.

The grinding unit can be fully detached from the machine body for thorough cleaning operations to ensure hygiene. Washable parts are dishwasher-safe.

The machine comes with a set of two stuffing tubes that can be mounted immediately after the grinding plate to make sausages or salami. The machine body, the lock ring and the protective casing are made of food-grade polished die-cast aluminium.

The lock ring on the machine body and the screw conveyor are made of tinned cast iron. The transmission unit features a steel gear motor (speed reducer). The hopper is made of stainless steel and the pestle is made of HD polyethylene.

By ordering the separate tomato press attachment, you can use this machine as a sauce maker.

This meat mincer is entirely made in Italy, which translates to high-quality materials and components.

Motor and transmission

This machine is euipped with a single-phase asynchronous electric motor. Power supply: 230 V. Maximum developed power: 1 Hp. The motor is mounted on a small metal frame with vibration-damping rubber mounts.

The drive shaft is made of F37 steel and it is not connected directly to the worm screw. In fact, there is a transmission component between the two, which also has the purpose of reducing motor revolutions, thus optimising the machine performances.

This steel gear motor is extremely sturdy and robust.

The motor features a watertight switch.

All of the machine components are made in Italy.

Machine body and components

This meat mincer is called SM 12 INOX because all of its main components are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine body, the lock ring and the gearmotor protective casing are made by moulding UNI 50 die-cast aluminium.

The worm screw is made of tinned cast iron

The self-sharpening knife and the grinding plate are made of stainless steel.

Stuffing tubes diameter: 1,5 cm and 2 cm.

The pestle is made of food-grade HD polyethylene.
