Our catalogue offers a wide range of medium series tractor-mounted flail mowers, equipped with fixed three-point-hitch and standard drive shaft.
They are very popular models thanks to the good technical level and equipment, combined with an extremely affordable price. Depending on their width, these tools are suitable for tractors with powers ranging from a minimum of 25 up to a maximum of 70 HP.
The average structure of a rear flail mower (approx. about 300 kg) enables it to perform medium difficulty work on even large areas. They are able to finely grind grass of any height, pulverising it very finely, thanks to their high number of revolutions.
All the models of flail mowers included in this category are equipped with steel hammers for shredding even small/medium diameter wood and vine shoots: some feature special toothed hammers with a mass of 2.2 kg, others instead have traditional hammers. The models with toothed hammers are also equipped with rear clamps or collection rods, which perform the function of a rack, retaining all the pruning or residues not ground from the shredder, in order to recover them and reintroduce them in the grinding cycle. Finally, there is a openable rear door for maintenance operations of the shredder, tool replacement, or simple internal cleaning.
