The Redback S463HY-T6 self-propelled lawn mower is a user-friendly and lightweight machine, ideal for every hobbyist.

Thanks to its 457 mm steel blade and high rear wheels, it can operate on almost any lawn quickly and effortlessly.

It is equipped with 4 cutting systems:

The centralised cutting height adjustment allows you to quickly and easily adjust the mower in 7 cutting positions.

The grass cutting system can be quickly changed without the need of any extra assembly tool.

It is powered by the new 146 cc T6 engine with overhead valve technology OHV. Powerful and reliable.

The T6 is an air cooled 4-stroke petrol engine with aluminium cylinder, 146 cc and a real power of 5 Hp.

It is provided with a grass collector, which ensures a good working autonomy thanks to the low power consumption.

The engine is easy to start thanks to its primer ignition and the handy recoil starter.

This lawn mower is equipped with 7 cutting height adjustments, from 25 mm to 75 mm.

The centralised cutting height adjustment is incredibly fast and intuitive.

Simply grab the proper lever, pull it and lift the machine until it reaches the desired height.

GRASS COLLECTION SYSTEM

It is equipped with a large 50 L hybrid grass collector easy to remove and empty.

It is made of reinforced double layer plastic in its upper part, which makes it sturdy and resistant.

The lower part is made of mesh. The net flexibility allows easy emptying the grass collector when full.

Convenient handle on the upper side of the grass collector in order to facilitate the collector removal.

REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM

This system allows mowing grass without using the grass collector, discharging the grass clippings directly from the back of the lawn mower.

Simply remove the grass collector and the rear discharge system will operate automatically.

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM

This system allows cutting grass without catching it inside the collector, and crushing the clippings into a fine powder before dropping them on the lawn.

Immediate conversion: you will just need to pull out the grass collector, enter the standard-supplied mulching plug, and lower the rear deflector in order to engage the mulching system.

MAIN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:

This grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing any effort and shortening the time-saving). Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, to ensure the greatest mulching results, the lawn should be irrigated and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

SIDE DISCHARGE SYSTEM

This system allows mowing grass without collecting the clippings inside the grass collector (it is also possible to collect grass a bit higher than normal, due to the high disposal capacity of the side discharge deflector).

Leaving the mulching plug entered, in order not to occlude the rear discharge of the grass, simply lift the black cover on the housing side and enter the side deflector supplied with a simple gesture.
