Compliant with the current safety standards, this R.G.V. meat slicer features:
- small base in aluminium lacquered with food-grade paint;
- blade cover, food carriage, guide plate and fixed aluminium blade protection ring with glossy anodic oxidation, for a clean and anti-corrosion machine;
- INNOVATIVE FOOD PUSHER WITH MULTIPLE TEETH FOR A BETTER GRIP ON THE PRODUCT TO SLICE. DISHWASHER SAFE.
- professional ventilated engine to prevent overheating and provide a silent operation;
- blade shaft mounted on a double bearing, which makes the meat slicer silent;
- professional blade hardened, ground and hard chrome plated to maintain cutting efficiency for as long as possible;
- removable sharpener (NOT included) with double emery for sharpening and deburring.
The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 15 mm, is adjusted via a user-friendly knob.
