Machine structure in food-grade enamelled steel.

Drain liquid recovery tray with hose to immediately reintroduce the liquid to the main container.

The heavy-duty filter units feature 19 filter plates, each made of top-quality PVC.

The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate; most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.

It is suitable for filtering any liquid foodstuff, firstly, wine.

It can house up to 36 filter sheets in total. Not only that, but it is also possible to mount various types of filter sheets to obtain different types of productions.

The pump can also operate with fewer than the 36 filter sheets for which it is designed. For example, 30, 24 or 18 sheets can be mounted: simply slide the chosen plates off. The quality of filtration remains the same, only the quantity filtered per hour will decrease.

For example, by using only 18 carton filters, it is possible to obtain an hourly production of filtered litres of approximately half of the amount obtained with 36 filters (without of course affecting the quality of filtration). But in some cases this can allow saving money in the use of filter sheets.
