Unlike most of the products on the market that fit a cooking grid in enamelled iron, this charcoal barbecue by Royal Food instead features two cooking grids, both the lower and the upper one, in stainless steel. The ventilation system consists of two manually adjustable side vent dampers which makes sure that air circulates within the cooking chamber. These type of barbecues also feature a convenient lower storage shelf.
The special "closed lid" system, together with the two cooking grids in stainless steel allows to achieve mouth-filling cooking results. The combustion chamber helps to maintain a constant internal temperature and keeps food moist and soft.
This BBQ features a practical lever to adjust the charcoal basket on three different positions depending on the cooking needs, thus also allowing for optimised use of charcoal.
