Royal Food PELLETTO 130 Wood Pellet Grill

The Royal Food PELLETTO 130 wood pellet grill is an excellent tool for any cooking enthusiast who finds himself short of space.

Despite the small dimensions and low weight, it features a stainless steel grid that measures 35 x 38 cm (1330 cm²) to cook any dish you want.

There is also an additional 35 x 13 cm upper grid to keep the cooked food warm.

The grill comes with 4 supporting feet with rubberised base which provide a very stable and solid cooking surface.

The supplied thermostat allows to accurately monitor the temperature inside the cooking chamber quickly and easily.

The grill is also fitted with a temperature probe to check the internal temperature of the food, like, for example, a large cut of meat.

The pellets are poured and then stored in a large tank, then descend into the brazier by means of an auger.

The pellet hopper can store up to 5 Kg of wood pellets, whereas the auger can move up to 0.5 Kg of pellet chips per hour in the highest setting.

The pellets are automatically ignited by an electronic heating resistance, allowing the operator to avoid getting dirty in the process.

Under the grill there is a practical pan to collect excess fats and juices which enables clean operation of the equipment.

Thanks to the special "closed lid" system, it is possible to obtain a mouth-filling even cooking, using the combustion chamber that recreates a homogeneous temperature inside the grill which does not dry foods, but leaves them moist and soft.

Instead of coal and wood, this grill uses wood pellets, which produce a significant lower amount of smoke.

The grill’s main feature is its extremely compact dimensions.

The two grids are in stainless steel, thus exceptionally durable and corrosion resistant.

The fats collection pan proves to be very practical and allows to easily collect the excess juices and drain them from the cooking chamber.

The hopper can store up to 5 Kg of pellets.

Smoking function and temperature probe

Excess fat is collected in the special plate located underneath the grill and then drained into the external pan, thus preventing the grease from burning while a thermometer helps to keep the temperature under control.

Thanks to the external boiler, cooking is slow and does not require constant attention as the grill is not placed directly over the fire and cannot burn the food.
This prevents the fats from dripping onto the embers avoiding the so-called "bad fumes"; no sudden flare-ups and no need to constantly turn the meat.

With the the external tank, which can be closed by the lid, it is possible to smoke the food that is cooking in the main grid; thus facilitating indirect cooking, a useful option for all those foods that require longer cooking than normal because they are thicker or more "resistant".

The pellets are placed and then stored in a large collector, then they descend into the brazier by means of an auger. The flame is fed by an electrical heating resistance thanks to which it is possible to adjust the temperature and the amount of smoke.

The activation of the temperature probe and the pellet convoy is electric, so it needs a power extension cord or a connection nearby.
