The Seven Italy Ercole coal barbecue is designed to provide excellent performance in outdoor cooking, thanks to its sturdy structure made of high-quality painted steel.
Equipped with a double-thickness, food-grade-certified chrome-plated steel grille, it ensures optimal stability thanks to its perfect fit on the frame, with the ability to adjust the height on two levels to better manage cooking.
The brazier, placed underneath the cooking grille, is made of painted steel suitable for withstanding the high temperatures generated by the fuel.
The inclusion of the closable lid, equipped with a convenient galvanized steel handle, allows the barbecue to be easily turned off, and with the built-in air regulator and thermometer, it can also be used for oven cooking while maintaining precise control of the internal temperature.
Unburned ashes are collected in a large tray, which can be easily removed for quick cleaning.
The two sturdy, folding side shelves provide additional space for storing utensils and dishes, providing additional convenience during use. The central tabletop provides additional support to the structure and serves as an extra shelf.
The Ercole barbecue is also equipped with a pair of enlarged wheels, making it easy to move the structure without compromising stability.
