Seven Italy PS 250 PRO BLACK meat slicer is suitable even for the most demanding amateur cook.

Thanks to the removable aluminium blade guard with rear screw, cleaning this machine is really simple and effective.

The color of this machine is a very special matte black, unique on the market.

Compliant with the current safety standards, this meat slicer features: 250 mm standard steel blade, 180 W and 0.24 Hp motor.

The food carriage and back plate are made of aluminium with polished anodic oxidation, which makes this product food-grade.

The 250mm blade features special grooves which make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts.

The modern and highly functional Seven Italy PS 250 PRO BLACK meat slicer is designed to allow you to place the food carriage directly under the blade, optimizing preparation and serving time.

Aluminium stand lacquered with food paint. The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 16 mm, is adjusted via a user-friendly knob.

Cutting System

Steel blade with special grooves that make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts, especially soft and moist ones..

The graduated knob allows for millimetric cuts from 0 to 16mm.

The food carriage allows to slice food with the following dimensions: 215x170 mm.

The blade cover is easily removable thanks to the screw placed behind the meat slicer, so as to ensure easy cleaning.

The food carriage has the following dimensions: 220x215 mm

The machine is equipped with a sliding food pusher with teeth to hold the food.

Complimentary: removable sharpener with double emery for sharpening and deburring.

The innovative food carriage runs on a sliding guide thanks to 4 bearings.
