Seven Italy PS 275 PRO RED meat slicer is suitable even for the most demanding amateur cook.

The modern and highly functional Seven Italy PS 275 PRO RED meat slicer is designed to allow you to place the food carriage directly under the blade, optimizing preparation and serving time.

The product is entirely made in Italy and therefore quality is guaranteed.

Compliant with the current safety standards, this meat slicer features: 250 mm standard steel blade, 180 W 0.24 Hp motor.

The machine blade profile features special grooves which make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts, even soft and moist ones.

The food carriage and back plate are made of aluminium with polished anodic oxidation, which makes this product food-grade.

Thanks to the removable aluminium blade guard with rear screw, cleaning this machine is really simple and effective.

Aluminium base lacquered with food paint. The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 16 mm, is adjusted via a user-friendly knob.

Cutting System

275 mm steel blade with special grooves that make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts, especially soft and moist ones.

The graduated knob allows for millimetric cuts from 0 to 16 mm.

The food carriage allows you to slice food with the following dimensions: 220x180 mm.

The blade cover is easily removable thanks to the screw placed behind the meat slicer, so as to ensure easy cleaning.

The food carriage has the following dimensions: 220x215 mm

The machine is equipped with a sliding food pusher with teeth to hold the food.

Complimentary removable sharpener with double emery for sharpening and deburring.

The innovative food carriage runs on a sliding guide thanks to 4 bearings.

This system has many advantages:
