Seven Italy PS 300 Pro Red meat slicer is a product entirely Made in Italy, quality assurance. The ergonomic design allows better cleaning and grip on the product.

Seven Italy PS 300 PRO RED has a 300 mm steel blade with special grooves that make it non-stick, facilitating food detachment, and a 220 W motor.

It allows cutting cured meats without great difficulty. Complimentary removable sharpener included, for a perfectly sliced product.

Compliant with the current safety standards, this meat slicer features: 300 mm standard steel blade, 220 W/0.29 hp motor.

The food carriage and back plate are made of aluminium with polished anodic oxidation, which makes this product food-grade.

Aluminium stand lacquered with food paint. The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 16 mm, is adjusted with a user-friendly knob.

The modern and highly functional PS 300 Pro Red meat slicer is designed to allow you to place the food carriage directly under the blade, optimizing preparation and serving time.

Cutting System

Steel blade with special grooves that make it non-stick, facilitating the detachment of cold cuts, especially soft and moist ones.

The graduated knob allows for millimetric cuts from 0 to 16mm .

The food carriage allows to slice food with the following dimensions: 220x210 mm.

The blade cover is easily removable thanks to the screw placed behind the meat slicer, so as to ensure easy cleaning.

The food carriage has the following dimensions: 255x200 mm

The machine is equipped with a sliding food pusher with teeth to hold the food.

Complimentary: removable sharpener with double emery for sharpening and deburring.

The innovative food carriage runs on a sliding guide thanks to 4 bearings.

This system has many advantages:
