The Seven Italy T300 tracked power barrow - minidumper features a loading capacity of 300 kg.

Among the main strengths of the tracked power barrow, the tracks stand out for ensuring high quality in terms of safety and balance while using the equipment even in case of working operations on slopes or heavy loads that would not be supported by the standard power barrows on the market. The sturdy steel frame and the gearbox consisting of six forward + two reverse speed gears, make the power barrow a multi tool and efficient machinery.

The tracked power barrow is also provided with extendable undercarriage, which allows increasing the loading capacity. Thus, the detachable side panels ensure to get the highest standard of versatility while working.

Thanks to the tracked-driving system and to the heavy-duty HONDA engine, this tracked power barrow allows carrying loads

Warning! These machineries are previously tested by the producer before leaving the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the engine is already provided with oil and minimal fuel in the tank. Gearbox oil already filled.

1) Check the oil level
2) Fill oil inside the oil filter (whereas available the filter in oil bath)
3) Carefully read the instructions manual before attempting any operation of maintenance or oil refilling (the producer may constantly change the filling modality without previous notice)

This engine series has been specifically designed for the most demanding and hardest requirements on the construction sector, agricultural field, generators, welding machines etc. They are mostly renowned for the high standard in terms of durability and reliability.

Gross Power: 5.5 HP
The appropriate wording is actually “Power Rating” as it is the classic standard terminology for power. All the largest engine manufacturers have officially used this definition up until a few years ago.

Net Power: 4.8 HP
This is the actual power transferred to the drive shaft. Engine manufacturers disclose this power information in the instructions manuals or technical data sheets as official.

* This information may vary for the same engine model because the equipment manufacturer establishes the rpm rate of the engine that is mounted on said equipment

Gearbox: large-sized gearbox, certainly the highest reliable and efficient on the market. Comfortable and user-friendly.

The tracked power barrow is provided with gear reducer which allows doubling the speed gears up to reach no. 6 forward + no. 2 reverse speed gears. Thanks to the gear reducer, it will be always possible to get the ideal driving system.

The gears that can be selected are totally 8 (6+2), which is allowed by the low-to-high adjustable speed on any selected gear. The lever located on the right side of the gearbox allows selecting between two speed gears. The speediest gears are mostly indicated for the best road conditions while it would be possible to easily cross the most uneven surfaces by selecting the lowest gears (reduced speed gears). The two additional levers allow a quick engagement of the desired speed: the first lever manages 3 speed gears (both forward and reverse), the latter to engage the low or speed modes.

Breaking system:

They are connected to the transmission gear in order to ensure higher balance and safety. Release the controls to operate the brakes automatically (the machine will be kept totally blocked even on steep slopes and even in neutral).

Transmission:
The sturdy and strong transmission allows managing the power steering interrupting the track rotation singularly.

The power barrow is provided with rubber-coated tracks. The high-resistance tracks are designed to ensure improved efficiency and longer durability over time. They are specifically intended to get the highest adherence to rough surfaces. The tracked power barrow is provided with two rollers movable according to the obstacle the machinery needs to face. This allows the power barrow to always achieve the maximum adherence to the ground.

This model of tracked power barrow also features a high-placed undercarriage than most of the tracked power barrows on the market. The high barrow placed 16 cm from the ground, allows the machine to work on uneven surfaces always keeping the highest safety and ground adherence as the lowest side of the unit does not scrape the ground.

High-resistance steel skip, specifically reinforced with tubular steel construction on the underside of the machine. Its structure makes the unit suitable for carrying any load even in case of overstress. The loading platform is located at the minimal distance from the ground in order to enhance the loading/unloading operations

Mechanical tipping: the tipping system is manually operated by means of the specific rubber-coated release lever provided with spring. Thus, in case of heavy loads the mechanical tipping is facilitated further thanks to the pneumatic piston located on the lever on the dumper side.

The tracked power barrow is provided with a pneumatic cylinder on the underside of the frame which assists the tipping system allowing the Operator to work effortlessly. Remove the ram to allow a complete tip over.

Possibility to control the steering by means of the control lever, which allows an easy manageability of the unit. By pulling one of the two levers partially, the track on that side will turn in that direction partially as well. Therefore, the Operator can steer the tracked power barrow very easily avoiding sudden and accidental motions.
