Spice Electronics Red Diavola Pro V 2.0

The Spice Diavola Pro V 2.0 Red electric pizza oven is a premium product designed for home cooking enthusiasts. This oven, with its distinctive design and Made in Italy patents, is the ideal choice for those wishing to replicate the cooking of the best professional pizzerias at home.

The Diavola Pro V 2.0 can reach a maximum temperature of 500° C thanks to the BOOST function, guaranteeing perfect, even cooking. Its total power of 2000 W is divided between a 1400 W upper heating element and a 600 W lower heating element. This allows even heat distribution, which is essential for pizzas with a crispy, well-baked base.

The innovative design of the oven includes a three-cup system that optimises thermal insulation. This keeps the heat inside the cooking chamber, while the outer surfaces remain at a safe temperature of around 60°C. The forced-ventilation cooling system with two 62 mm rear fans ensures that the outside of the oven remains cool during use.

The cooking chamber of the Diavola Pro V 2.0 is made of SUS 310S stainless steel, known for its resistance to high temperatures and oxidation. The oven has a built-in thermometer that allows precise temperature control without having to open the oven door, thus preventing unwanted temperature drops.

The Casapulla biscuit, with a 34 cm diameter and a 2 cm thickness, is another distinctive feature of the oven. Once the stone is first baked, it retains its natural component, making it particularly suitable for pizza baking.

The heating element switch offers three cooking modes: both heating elements on, only the upper heating element, or only the lower heating element. This flexibility allows customisation of cooking according to the type of pizza desired, making the Diavola Pro V 2.0 suitable for both traditional and gourmet recipes.

The Spice Diavola Pro V 2.0 electric pizza oven is a Made In Italy-designed and patented products, ideal for even pizza baking in just a few minutes.

  1. This oven quickly a temperature of 500° quickly on the baking stone in BOOST mode. The built-in thermometer allows temperature control without opening the oven.
  2. The 3-cap system, with an insulating layer and upper air gap, allows the external temperature to be cooled without affecting the internal temperature.
  3. The cooking chamber is made of 310S stainless steel for maximum resistance to high temperatures and oxidation.
  4. Heating elements can be selected accordingly: Both for even baking, upper heating element for perfectly baked edges, lower heating element for a crispy base.
  5. The distance between the baking stone and the heating element is 7 cm. This ensures perfect baking of the edges without burning.
  6. The internal components, i.e. the moulded heating elements and cooking chamber components, are made of 310S stainless steel. The components outside the cooking chamber are made of stainless steel.
  7. The Casapulla biscuit is removable and can be replaced without the use of additional tools.
  8. The cooling system consists of two rear 62-mm fans, which feed channelled cold air between the two upper caps, allowing the outer area of the oven to cool.

The Casapulla biscuit is a clay slab that has undergone initial baking. This process gives the clay its typical warm brown colour, hence the name 'biscuit'. Thanks to this single baking, Casapulla biscuit retains its natural composition.

The pyrolysis self-cleaning process at 500° removes residues and bad odours from the product once cooking is complete.
