The Red Spice Diavola Pro V 2.0 electric pizza oven is a product with a distinctive design and Made in Italy patents, designed for home use and intended for culinary enthusiasts.
This oven can reach a maximum temperature of 500° C thanks to the BOOST function, allowing to replicate the cooking of the best professional pizzerias at home. Its 2000 W power is spread across a 1400 W upper heating element and a 600 W lower heating element, allowing for even and perfect cooking.
The innovative design of the Diavola Pro V 2.0 includes a three-cap system that optimises thermal insulation, keeping the heat inside while maintaining the outer surfaces at a safe temperature of around 60°C. The forced-ventilation cooling system, with two 62 mm rear fans, ensures that the exterior of the oven stays cool while the inside reaches ideal temperatures for optimal cooking.
The cooking chamber is made of SUS 310S stainless steel, a material chosen for its resistance to high temperatures and oxidation. This oven has an integrated thermometer for precise temperature control, avoiding the need to open the oven during cooking and preventing temperature drops. The cordierite refractory stone, with a 34 cm diameter and a 2 cm thickness, guarantees a crispy, well-baked base.
The heating element switch offers unprecedented flexibility, allowing a choice of three cooking modes: both heating elements on, upper heating element only or lower heating element only. This allows the cooking to be customised according to the type of pizza desired, making the Diavola Pro V 2.0 suitable for both traditional and gourmet recipes.
