Enolmatic stainless steel nozzle wine bottling machine

The Enolmatic electric worktop filler is a bottling machine with professional features and performance, capable of bottling wine for about 250 bottles/hour. This machine has very compact dimensions and weights just 4 kg, making it extremely easy to use; it is built with top quality materials and perfectly suitable for contact with foodstuffs. This model is equipped with a specific stainless steel nozzle for bottling wine and spirits.

The vacuum system, with which the bottling machine works, guarantees natural filling, free of reflux and shaking, without letting the liquid come into contact with moving mechanical parts or transfer pumps.

Enolmatic is very practical to use as its adjustments allow it to:

decide at will the filling level, which once set becomes automatic
adjust bottling speed
use the machine with bottles of any size

The filling machine can be combined with many specific accessories for oil, beer, wine, fruit, for filling small jars or mignon bottles, large demijohns or 5/10 litre dames. It can also be combined with Tandem, an external filtering system that allows the machine to perform a truly professional filtration, transforming it from a simple filling machine into a bottling and filtering machine.

Main specifications

Filling speed adjustment knob: the vacuum level must be set based on the wine viscosity to avoid foaming.

Arm height adjustment system: pull and turn the knob to set the swing arm height.

Focus on the bottle sealing system: the spring on the foldable arm enables the nozzle to apply high pressure on the bottle neck, which prevents the liquid from outflowing.

Adjusting the nozzle position: the nozzle can be set to establish the liquid fill level. To adjust the nozzle, use the wrench (included in the package) and follow the bars on the stainless steel rod.

The bottling machine can be used with many specific accessories for oil, beer, fruit, filling small containers or miniature bottles, large demijohns or 5-10 litres carboys. Moreover, the machine can be used along with the Tandem external filter, which allows for professional filtering, thus turning the Enolmatic filler into a bottling machine as well as a filtering device.

DEMIJOHN KIT: specifically designed to transfer liquid from one demijohn (or other containers) to another demijohn.

5-10 LT CARBOY KIT: for transfering liquid into a 5 or 10-litre carboy.

JAR KIT: jar filling with liquid food products.

KRISTAL KIT: for long and narrow bottle necks.

MINIATURE KIT: specifically designed to fill mini bottles, small jars or tiny containers.
