This heavy-duty filter mounts 14 20x 20 thick filter plates made of top-quality non-toxic moplen and is equipped with pressure gauge and flow control valve.
The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced, thanks to the large-sized gaskets where the filter plates are mounted.
The machine can house up to 14 filter sheets. It is also possible to mount various types of filter sheets to obtain different types of productions.
The pump can also operate with fewer than the 14 filter sheets for which it is designed. Any smaller number of filter sheets can be fitted: simply slide the chosen plates off. The filtering quality remains the same, only the amount filtered per hour will decrease.
For example, if only 8 plates (i.e. 7 filter sheets) are used, the hourly production of filtered litres will be equal to half. But in some cases this can allow to save money in the use of filter sheets.
