Top Line FC42 - Heavy-duty Wine Filter with 20 Filters 40 x 40 cm - Stainless Steel Frame and Pump

The FC42 plate and sheet filter for wine comes with a 100% Aisi 304 stainless steel structure which guarantee durability and high hygiene.

This filter is intended for HEAVY-DUTY APPLICATIONS and is a practical and safe machine, which grants even to the small producer the quality and safety of a high product filtration.

The filter is designed and built for extremely intensive use, as is evident from its large filtering capacity of 2700 L/h and the sturdy frame and components entirely built in stainless steel, for a total machine weight of 217 Kg.

It features 21 40x40 thick filter plates made of food-grade polypropylene and is equipped with an built-in by-pass valve, pressure gauges, flow control valve and liquid control sight glasses.

The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced by the built-in drain liquid recovery tray with drain valve.

The machine is mounted on a wheeled frame, the front wheel is pivoting, and is very easy to move

It can house up to 20 filter sheets: the type of sheet mounted on the filter plates allows a different level of filtering depending on the need.

The FC series filter sheets are entirely manufactured in Italy and maintain high quality standards; they are suitable for filtering wine, beer and distilled beverages.

NOT suitable for filtering oil.

EBARA pump body in Aisi 304 stainless steel: this is a state-of-the-art pump, characterised by great durability and designed specifically to be compatible with liquid foods.

Aisi 304 stainless steel is one of the austenitic stainless alloys (also called high performance alloys or superalloys) produced with high percentages of binders (over 50% by weight) and which have a much higher resistance to corrosion than standard stainless steels.

The pump is self-priming, designed specifically for the operation of this wine filter and is equipped with DIN 32 hose connector.

The FC INOX series wine filters mount an electric induction motor which guarantees a long service life.

In addition, the motor is built in stainless steel which preserves and protects it over time, unlike most other electric motors on the market, which instead feature sheet metal or enamelled alloys casings.

Heavy-duty wine filter designed to meet the needs of medium-large-sized companies.

Depending on the types of filter layers used, it can be used to roughen, polish and sterilise white and red wines, sparkling wines, vinegars, herbal products, liqueurs, etc.

The filter unit is closed by a central stainless steel screw.

It does not require any special maintenance other than normal cleaning.

All FC series wine filters fittings and hoses are made of 100% AISI 304 stainless steel.

Inlet flow regulator fitted with pressure gauge: this is used to check the state of saturation of the filters, allowing the pressure of the liquid in the pump to be lowered several times as they become saturated, thus using them up to their complete state of saturation without causing problems for the pump.
