The AgriEuro Icon 80 is a vertical barbecue designed for wood-fired grilling on a cooking plate, featuring a Corten steel frame and a 304 stainless steel cooking surface. The structure, with its central brazier, channels heat towards the cooking surface. The two 8 mm 304 stainless steel plates reach different temperatures: the section closest to the fire reaches a higher temperature, whilst the outer section allows for gentler cooking. This enables you to cook different foods simultaneously, each with their own cooking times and heat levels.
