Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL AND INSUFFICIENT BRANCHES, ESPECIALLY FOR OLIVE BRANCHES!

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case, it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

Large steel hopper, capable of receiving even very bulky branches and twigs, without pre-processing. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering a large amount of material at a time.

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It avoids the Operator to separate large branches from smaller and green ones (before shredding), while each of them must be entered in their own hopper in standard garden shredders with 2 separate hoppers.

• SELF-FEEDING:

Once introduced the branches into the hopper, the shredder pulls them inside the shredding unit autonomously thanks to the hopper vertical design. Thanks to the gravitational force, the mechanism can pull inside the branches to be shredded. WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

The engine is PROVIDED WITHOUT OIL. Please carefully read the instructions manual before starting the unit.

The outer shredding chamber is proportionate to the rotor it includes. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability of the system.

Reinforced blades: 2 large shredding blades. These blades pre-shred the material into the hopper, creating a coarse wood chip (the blades are highly thick and fixed with 4 stainless steel bolts).

Focus on the hammer: 6 hardened steel shredding blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

Focus on the counter-blades: Once assembled to the hopper, they’ll be placed near the 2 rotating cutting blades fixed on the rotor. Thus, the "Blade + Counter-blade" system makes shredding operations easier and more efficient, reducing motor effort at the same time.

Focus on the sieve: One of the few with an outlet equipped with an attachable and removable SELF-CLEANING SEAL, which ensures that the fragments are only ejected when well ground by the 6 shredding blades (hammers). The sieve is equipped with 2 support bolt that allows it to be assembled or disassembled from the discharge chute opening. By removing the sieve, the garden shredder will produce coarser wood chips, maximising the hourly output. By assembling the sieve, on the other hand, will maximise the shredding capacity of the machine, producing smaller wood chips.

The central rotor is composed of 2 steel flywheels firmly assembled together.

These then represent a sturdy unit (the main component of the garden shredder) of truly superior size, strength and performance.

INTERMEDIATE BELT DRIVE WITH 1 REINFORCED BELT.

This transmission gives the machine a good solidity, protecting both the motor and the internal grinding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor clogging caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc… there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will break down.

Much longer service life than the standard systems still used by all manufacturers on their petrol-powered models, where the engine is directly connected to the shredding unit.

The machine is equipped with anti-vibration feet and wheels for easy transport.

The exhaust port is located approximately 1 metre from the ground, equipped with a deflector with adjustable inclination.
