The Agrieuro Top Line Vulcan bio-shredder with Loncin G420 is a solution for processing large quantities of vegetable waste. Designed for efficiency and convenience, this petrol-driven bio shredder is perfectly suited to the needs of both the occasional user and the professional.
Technical Details and Features of the Shredder:
-
Design Efficiency: This model, equipped with a petrol-driven bio shredder system, has been developed to maximise operational efficiency while ensuring ease of use and versatility.
-
Adjustable wood chip outlet:: The bio-shredder is distinguished by its discharge outlet, which allows the processed material to be directed directly into the skips, significantly improving working efficiency, and can be oriented in two positions.
-
Loading Hopper: Designed to facilitate the insertion of branched plant waste, the hopper allows the processing of branches with a maximum diameter of 70 mm, optimising work flow. It is also equipped with rubber bulkheads for operator protection.
-
Effective Shredding System: Equipped with a disc incorporating two interchangeable blades and a counter-blade, the bio-shredder ensures effective and homogeneous shredding of materials. More than 6 hammer blades for optimal shredding complete the system.
-
Loncin G420 engine: The choice of a Loncin G420 engine for this shredder underlines the commitment to reliability and high performance, ensuring a long service life and low maintenance.
Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suitable for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc.… (it is designed to shred branches, but it can also grind the leaves, needles and other vegetation that may be attached to them).
NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL AND INSUFFICIENT BRANCHES, ESPECIALLY FOR OLIVE BRANCHES!
Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);
