- LIMITED : Sufficient Quality / Very low Performances / Limited Use
- HOBBY: decent Quality / Low Performances / Restricted Use
- SEMI-PRO: Good Quality / Medium Performances / Not frequent Use
- PROFESSIONAL: Very good Quality / High Performances / Frequent Use
- INDUSTRIAL: Excellent Quality / Maximum Performances / Continuous Use

The splitting force is the max. force in tons, that the log splitter wedge can apply on the log to be splitted.
The higher the power, più facile the easier it will be for the machine to split large-sized logs
- 4-5 t - Limited power
- 6-7 t - Very low power
- 8-9 t - Low power
- 10-11 t - Medium/low power
- 12-13 t - Medium power
- 14-15 t - Medium/high power
- 16-18 - High power
- >20 t - Very high power
Piston stroke

The piston stroke is the max. distance that the piston can reach when fully extended from its starting point.
A longer piston stroke allows enetering longer or shorter logs.
Although logs longer than 50 cm are not usually used for domestic use, this filter allows you to find the right log splitter for your needs.
