Comet APS 96 Tractor Mounted Pump

For spraying treatments in medium and large crops.
Application on trailed and wheeled sprayers
Parts in contact with liquid made of anodized aluminium, resistant to corrosion.

New 4-membrane configuration.

Hydraulic accumulator. internal manifolds.
The suction-discharge valves, all arranged on the pump discharge side, are easy to check. Discharge valve Safety valve

The pump features a through shaft like in the pic. here shown

 

To complete the equipment for its use, you can purchase the PRESSURE REGULATION UNIT.

After that, the product is complete and can be used by connecting it to your tractor. You can find and purchase these accessories in the tab "related products" at the top.

 

NOTE:
If products containing minerals such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, washing should be carried out at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump. It is advisable to disassemble several parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and diaphragms, in order to clean out any agglomerated residues sedimented by the minerals.
These procedures will ensure a long life of the pump even if the above minerals are used.
