The Volpi Elettrolithium 22PTC electric backpack pump is a sprayer equipped with a trolley for easy transport. It is fitted with a 12 V lithium-ion battery and comes with a convenient battery charger. Equipped with a BRASS pressure regulator that allows high pressure (up to 10 bar) and low pressure (e.g. for weed control) delivery. This feature also makes the machine stands out from other pumps on the market, which usually don’t reach such high operating pressure.
The great comfort and convenience of this pump is provided by the padded and adjustable backrests, but above all by the galvanised metal transport trolley (weight: 7 Kg).
The pump is supplied with 2 lances, a 55 - 100 cm telescopic lance for use at up to 6 bar and a 50 cm fixed lance for operating the pump at its max. power.
Further to the lances, the pump is also equipped with 2 convenient nozzles:
- An adjustable brass nozzle for spraying
- Another nozzle made of brass and acetal resin for weed control
The sprayer pump is powered by a 12 V 8Ah lithium-ion battery, making it more practical and lighter.
Unlike many other knapsack sprayers, this model is equipped with a stainless steel piston pump and ball valves. The pump consists of a piston inside a cylinder, which compresses and expands the volume of the pumping chamber with its rectilinear motion. The piston allows the pump to operate faster, thereby increasing the water flow rate per hour.
Furthermore, its efficiency will be higher and the wear on the pump itself will be significantly lower, unlike diaphragm pumps. Other features include the hydromechanical system of constant mixing in the tank.
