The Weber Crafted enamelled cast iron cooking grates are designed to offer greater thermal efficiency when cooking on pellet and gas barbecues. The cast iron material treated with vitreous enamel ensures long-lasting durability, with excellent resistance to scratches, high temperatures, and corrosive agents.
The robust design, combined with the high thermal mass of cast iron, ensures superior performance when cooking meat, vegetables, and fish. Cleaning is done by heating the barbecue for 15 minutes and removing residues with a stainless steel brush. For more stubborn encrustations, the use of specific detergents and sponges is recommended.
This 2-piece set allows for the complete replacement of the original cooking surface of compatible barbecues, enabling even and stable heat distribution. These Weber Crafted barbecue grates need to be installed within the Weber frame support kit (sold separately). The dimensions of each grate allow for perfect coverage of the cooking areas of the Spirit 300 Series (from 2016 onwards) and SmokeFire EX4 models, making them ideal for frequent grilling.
