Direct cooking outdoor wood-fired ovens are more complex to use than ovens with indirect cooking since the food is cooked inside the combustion chamber, so the fire heat comes directly into contact with it, while smoke is expelled from the chimney.
All these ovens are equipped with a thermostat and professional refractory cooking floors. All equipped with cart, no too difficult to transport despite their size. Direct cooking enhances the flavour of your dishes, which is not possible with traditional ovens.
