Wortex SFL 300 Tracked Power Barrow

The Wortex SFL 300 tracked power barrow is a very robust machine suitable for transporting all types of material in agriculture, construction and forestry.

The extendable body increases the carrying space available for loading materials. The manual tipping also makes unloading much easier. The robust steel frame and the gearbox with three forward and one backward gears make this power barrow a versatile and high-performing machinery.

It has a maximum load capacity of 300 Kg.

Thanks to its tracks and to the Loncin engine this model is able to carry loads also when moving the unit on slopes, thus being an indispensable tool for each type of transport.

The machine is powered by Euro 5 Loncin G200F engine of 196 cc. It has a rated power output of 6.5 HP.

Gearbox, Parking Brake and Transmission

These are automatically activated when the controls are released (if the machine is left in neutral position, even on a steep slope, it remains perfectly locked).

Transmission:
Sturdy and resistant, it allows managing the steering by acting on the single track, deactivating its rotation.

The machine is supplied by the manufacturer with transmission oil level. Anyway, oil levels must ALWAYS be checked before operating the unit as specified in the instruction and maintenance manual.

Extendable Tipping Skip

Skip made in high-resistance steel, is reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is at the minimum distance from the ground to facilitate the operations of loading / unloading.

The loading capacity can be significantly increased due to the extensible side panels.
Thus, in addition to the standard wing nut screws placed under the body, the power barrow is provided with sturdy hinges, which tighten the side panels to one another.

An example of use is for carrying and transport wood.

Tracks and body

Track structure: sturdy and over-sized. Both the height and the length is greater than the average of the wheelbarrows on the market of the same size. The drive wheel is made of cast iron / steel. The perfect front / rear balance ensures the distribution of loads and a perfect adherence to the ground. The rollers are self-cleaning.

Unlike other power barrows, this one is provided with 3 rollers and the protection on the track is made of a solid steel-reinforced frame.

Focus on the rear part of the track with "tank shaped” sharp upper corner that allows the shredder to easily climb steps or other obstacles.

Controls

Controls: easy to operate and ergonomic, they offer precision and controllability in the work

Large red lever for activating the motion, which also functions as a handbrake if released.

The two lower levers are for steering, left and right respectively.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever and it allows moving smoothly. By partially pulling one or the other lever also the steering of the affected track, right or left, will be partial.
