The Zanon Karbonium PRO AL 200 olive shaker is a heavy-duty electronic olive harvester with high performance and power which, combined with the telescopic pole, ensure a generous harvest.

The Zanon Karbonium PRO AL 200 olive shaker adapts well to all harvesting needs, resulting in a versatile and effective machine in any situation, even for hazelnut harvesting.

It features 4+4 32cm carbon fiber prongs, easy to replace thanks to the new patented Zanon prong clamping system.

The motor enclosed in the head of the harvester is effectively insulated from the outside to ensure high longevity.

The Karbonium PRO boasts a a closed-box transmission with lubricated special steel gears mounted on bearings and a sturdy ergal frame that ensures perfect transmission and durability.

This version is very simple and convenient to use and weighs only 2.4 kg, thanks to the telescopic aluminum pole.

The total length of the olive harvester is 180-255 cm.

Head and Prong Motion

The ZANON olive harvester has 4+4 quick-replacement carbon harvesting rods on the head.

The arms therefore carry a total of 8 carbon fiber rods with easy replacement, the entire propulsion and transmission unit is hermetically sealed, without any possibility of penetration of external agents inside. This ensures continuity of operation and an almost non-existent maintenance. The prongs are 32 cm long to allow you to work deep into the tree.

The pole is adjustable in any position between the length of 180 and 255 cm (reference to the total length of the harvester)

about the autonomy of lithium batteries

When using a harvester, the choice of battery depends on the practical needs of the user. The main differences between a base-mounted battery and a backpack battery concern freedom of movement and autonomy. The base-mounted battery is more manoeuvrable and lighter, but offers reduced autonomy. In contrast, the backpack provides longer working sessions, although it can be bulkier in tight spaces.

Base-mounted lithium-ion batteries offer greater freedom of movement. The lack of cumbersome cables improves agility when working between trees, making the harvester easier to manoeuvre. They are generally lighter than the backpak once, reducing operator fatigue, and make it easier to transport the device. In addition, handling is more intuitive, not requiring additional equipment such as a backpack. On the downside, however, they have a very limited autonomy and often cannot do a full day's work on their own.

On the other hand, lithium backpack batteries, while adding a certain amount of bulk, allow for greater energy capacity, extending the operational life of the harvester without the need for frequent recharging or battery changes. Their higher capacity allows long working sessions without interruption. In addition, shifting the weight of the battery to the back reduces the direct load on the arm and body, better balancing the overall weight of the equipment.

However, backpack batteries can be less ergonomic and uncomfortable in tight spaces or during quick movements between trees, and the presence of the cable can be an obstacle or obstruction during operation. Finally, the constant carrying of the backpack may cause more fatigue in the long run than an integrated solution in the product base.

The Karbonium PRO boasts a closed-box transmission with lubricated special steel gears mounted on bearings and a sturdy ergal frame that ensures perfect transmission and durability.

The machine is powered by a battery, to which the supplied battery charger can be attached.

The current necessary for functioning is managed by a control unit which also acts as a transformer. (input 12Vcc - output 33vcc).
