Battery-powered olive shaker Zanon Olivar Electric AL 300. With telescopic aluminium pole from 191 cm up to 316 cm (measurements include the whole machine)

Head made of technopolymers and 7000 series aluminium alloy (ergal). Carbon fiber prongs.

It is fast and equipped with a collection head with alternate movement with great weight balance.

This machine is ideal for well pruned and not too thick trees. The rakes "comb" the branches with a reciprocating motion, with an exceptional smoothness within them.

A cable with a fuse and two battery clips are supplied with the machine.

Head

The covers, protect from dust, dirt and bumps all the kinematics that transmit the movement to rakes.

Prongs with alternating vertical movement.

All the mechanics that transmit the movement to the rakes are enclosed in a robust housing made of technopolymer and aluminium, protecting them from dust, dirt and bumps.

Combs

The combs are made of carbon fibre. The result is exceptional lightness combined with an extraordinary resistance.

The execution is carried out with very long teeth alternating with shorter teeth. The advantage is a unique ability to penetrate in the fronds, thanks to the front of more sparse, and very deep thanks to the exceptional length of the teeth.

Better ability to penetrate the foliage.
Greater working width compared to the competitors, 26 cm!
Higher respect of the tree and lower breakage of branches and leaves compared to other olive harvester with the same length teeth.
It can work on any type olive, from the big kind to be eaten to the smaller ones and more difficult to detach, given the reduced distance between the short teeth and the long teeth.

Motor

Very powerful 500 watt motor

It generates, despite the considerable size of rakes, up to 1050 rotations per minute.

Support base with cable grommet. It offers total protection of the extension cable and the engine connection socket. Both during the working phase, when the cable is pulled constantly and in the resting phase, when the machine is placed vertically to the ground.

When extending the pole, the cable becomes shorter.
