ZGRILLS 600b Wood Pellet Grill

This wood pellet grill made from steel with powder coating is perfect for a sheer variety of cooking methods: from smoking, baking, roasting, braising and searing to reheating, char-grilling, up to indirect grilling.

The special "closed lid" system allows to achieve mouth-filling cooking results, also thanks to the cooking chamber that maintains a constant internal temperature and keeps foods moist and soft.

The spacious cooking surface is made up of two large grids, the lower one for regular cooking and a raised warming rack to keep cooked food warm.

Instead of coal or wood, this grill is fuelled by wood pellets, which produce significantly less smoke. The pellets are poured and then stored in a large hopper, then they descend into the brazier by means of an automatic auger system and a variable-speed fan. The flame is fed by an electrical hot rod which heats the pellets into the firepot; the airflow generated by the fan inside the auger compartment provide for maximum heat distribution and complete combustion of the pellets for superior temperature control and reduced amount of smoke.

Equipped with 2 heavy-duty all-terrain wheels which promote easy and convenient transport and mobility on every terrain.

Smoking function and temperature probe

Excess fat is collected in the special grease drain pan located under the cooking grid and ends up in the external grease bucket, thus preventing the grease from burning while a thermometer helps to keep the temperature under control.

The external burner/hopper unit allows to perform slow cooking, so there is no need to constantly stand by the grill since the cooking grate does not sit directly on the flame and the food does not burn.
This prevents the fats from dripping onto the embers avoiding the so-called "bad fumes"; no sudden flare-ups and no need to constantly turn the meat.

By turning the knob to the "smoke" function, the pellet hopper, which can be closed with its lid, acts as a smoker by infusing the food cooking on the main grid with smoking flavours. It can also be used to perform indirect cooking, the best method for thicker foods that require longer cooking times.
