- LIMITED : Sufficient Quality / Very low Performances / Limited Use
- HOBBY: decent Quality / Low Performances / Restricted Use
- SEMI-PRO: Good Quality / Medium Performances / Not frequent Use
- PROFESSIONAL: Very good Quality / High Performances / Frequent Use
- INDUSTRIAL: Excellent Quality / Maximum Performances / Continuous Use

Integrated battery : the equipment features an integrated battery

Progressive cut: the movement of the blade is guided by the pressure exerted by the operator's finger on the trigger.
It therefore works like a manual pruning shears.

Trigger adjustment: the equipment offers the possibility to choose between two different cutting systems: assisted opening (progressive cut) or pulse opening.
By-pass: The branch is cut by a blade that touches and passes over a counter-blade (as in ordinary scissors).
LCD display: it makes easier to read all the information provided by the machine;
Battery indicator : the equipment features an indicator light that shows the remaining charge of the battery
Manual use: designed for direct manual use, without the aid of a rod.

- Ni-MH - nickel-metal hydride battery: it can feature twice (or three times) the capacity of a same size Ni-Cd battery and the memory effect is reduced.
- Li-Ion - Lithium-Ion battery: this type of battery features one of the best power-to-weigth ratio, no memory effect and a low loss of charge when not in use.
- Li-Ion+ - Lithium-Ion battery: Thanks to this new technology Li-Ion batteries need to be recharged no more than once a year without loosing charge capacity.
- Li-Po - Lithium polymer battery: this battery is a technological development of the Li-Ion battery, is non-flammable and therefore less dangerous if damaged.
